Common Questions
- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend 3-6 weeks for most events. Weekends fill fast April-October. The sooner you lock in with a deposit, the better.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future date (within 12 months). We'll work with you if something comes up.
- Do you bring the cart and all equipment?
- Yes - we bring everything: our commercial espresso machine, grinder, water supply, and all supplies. You just need a 6x6 ft footprint.
- What if my venue doesn't have power?
- We can bring our own generator for $150. Just let us know when you book.
- Can you do branded cups or custom sleeves?
- Yes, on request with enough lead time (usually 3+ weeks). Ask us when you book and we'll get you pricing.
- How does the Custom Roast + Favor Bags bundle work?
- Before your event, we pick the roast together - the occasion, the crowd, the vibe. We roast a dedicated batch just for your day and portion it into custom-labeled bags for your guests. Every bundle includes a 1 lb bag for the host to keep. Available in 2 oz ($7/bag) and 4 oz ($12/bag) favor sizes. 12-bag minimum.
