Common Questions
- What is the minimum wholesale order?
- We work with accounts starting at 10 lbs per order. We're flexible on minimums for new accounts — reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense for your volume.
- How fresh is the coffee?
- We roast to order. Your beans are roasted within days of your delivery. For espresso, we time the roast so you're getting beans that are rested and ready to dial in.
- Can you develop a custom blend for my cafe?
- Yes, for established accounts. Once we understand your equipment, brew style, and flavor goals, we develop a house blend dialed in specifically for your business. Typically takes 2-3 rounds.
- Do you offer delivery?
- Yes, for accounts within Greater Houston. Pickup is also available from our roastery in Houston - contact us to arrange.
- What roast levels do you offer?
- We run light to medium. Singles (Ethiopian origins) are light. House blends are light-medium. Dark Horse is medium-dark. We don't do commodity dark roasts — if you need burnt, we're the wrong fit.
