About this coffee
All Hat is the only decaf we roast — and we only roast a decaf because we wanted one we'd actually drink ourselves at 9pm. Single-origin Colombian, decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process (no chemical solvents, just water and time), then roasted to a medium profile that keeps the milk chocolate and caramel sweetness intact.
Brewed as drip or pour-over, you'd have a hard time picking it out as a decaf in a blind cup. It's smooth, balanced, and makes a great evening French press. We don't pull it as espresso, but it's a fine choice for an after-dinner moka pot.
Roasted in Houston, Texas — like everything we make. Most decaf on grocery shelves is roasted dark to hide age and process flaws. This one isn't.
