About this coffee
High Noon is our daily-drinker blend — a light-medium roast built around washed-process Colombian and Guatemalan beans. We pulled this profile because most people don't want a different coffee on Tuesday than they want on Saturday. They want one bag they can trust to taste good every morning.
Brewed as a pour-over, it shows off milk chocolate and toasted almond up front with a clean caramel finish. Run through drip or a French press and it picks up enough body to hold its own with cream. It's also the blend we recommend for cold brew — the Guatemala component keeps the sweetness from going flat over a long extraction.
Roasted to order in our Rice Military roastery in Houston, Texas. Whole bean only, shipped within days of the roast date.
