About this coffee
Yirgacheffe is the coffee that made Ethiopian single origins famous — and for good reason. Washed-processed at the wet mill, then roasted light to highlight the bergamot, peach, and black-tea aromatics the region is known for.
This is a filter coffee through and through. Pour-over on a Hario V60 or Kalita Wave gives you the cleanest cup; AeroPress and drip work too. It's also one of the few light-roast Ethiopians that pulls a genuinely interesting shot on espresso if you have the patience to dial it in — bright, fruit-forward, very different from a traditional Italian-style espresso.
Small-batch roasted in Houston, Texas. Whole bean, shipped within days of roast.
